Forest fruits are gathered daily in Italy and Europe, in summer.
The product is processed after gathering, within special facilities with adequate cooling rooms and refrigerated cells for storage. Transport takes place with refrigerated lorries, complying with the laws in force, in order to prevent interruption of the cold chain.
Product is packed in bags of different weights (from 300 g to 2.5 kg) and then distributed in cartons (90 pcs per Euro-pallet).
Forest fruits are sold in packs containing a single kind of fruit or assorted kinds.
